Description
Beta-Glucuronidase Solution, 10mL
Beta-Glucuronidase (β-Glucuronidase), derived from Abalone (Molluskan Source), is often used by toxicology laboratories to detect a variety of drug metabolites (ie. opiods, steroids, cannabinoids, benzodiazipines, etc.) in urine, plasma, and other biological fluids. Beta-Glucuronidase functions by enzymatically hydrolyzing glucoronides prior to their analysis by immunoassay, LCMS, mass spectrometry, GCMS or other means. CovaChem's β-Glucuronidase is prepared to provide optimal hydrolysis of Glucuroconjugates in urine samples.
CovaChem's Beta-Glucuronidase low odor solution is highly active, and is lower in viscosity, allowing it to be easily compatible with autosampler delivery. This enzyme is also available as a ( lyophilized powder ).
